Brief de Design de Logo

I am seeking a new professional and classy logo for the Fitness Industry Council of Canada and require both an English and French version. The French name is: Le conseil canadien de l’industrie du conditionnement physique.
There should be a version in English and another in French
The current logo is included which includes reference to Matrix which is not required in the new version - I don't like the stylized letters of the current design
