Brief de Design Illustration

I’m wanting a cartoon like image of a welding rod burning with an evil laugh on it and the slag peeling up with a crying face on it. I’ve drawn up an amateur sketch as a reference of what I’m looking for and a few images below to help incorporate what I am looking for. If you can incorporate the guy welding as part of the image as well I would appreciate it!
