Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a small travel agency based in Delaware called Piping Plover Travel. Our business includes airfare, hotel/resort accommodations, cruising, and Disney. Our main focus is family travel. We would like the logo to include a picture of a Piping Plover (shorebird) and prefer illustration with minimal coloring (leaning more toward a sketch than a full color photo). Something that would be easy to print, and that would transfer easily to merchandise. I prefer the artwork to be the main attraction, with the text being less of a focus and more of a necessity. Minimalist approach is best! We are open to additional travel imagery being used in addition to the bird.
