Brief de Design de Logo

We want to create a logo for a large window sign in our offices. We will also use the logo on our cards, website, social media, and other marketing materials. We would like to incorporate red, white, and blue colors and have very readable text. We would like a classic, nautical theme. For example, a logo with an anchor and a rope inside a circle or compass rose, then our name, phone number, and website address and QR code beneath. Maybe something like the example uploaded below.
