We are creating a premium, high converting flyer for flyVENTURE Helicopter Tours.

flyVENTURE offers luxury helicopter experiences over Tampa’s skyline, coastline, beaches, and iconic landmarks. We are launching a new website with a clean, minimalist, premium design, and this flyer must visually align with that new brand direction. Please do NOT reference our current website. The goal of this project is to design a modern, upscale, conversion focused flyer that leans on the visual style of our new website a bit, uses high quality helicopter imagery, builds trust through strong social proof and safety cues, and drives bookings through clear calls to action. The flyer should feel clean, minimalist, and visually striking, while remaining easy to scan. It will be displayed in hotels, tourism centers, and partner locations, so clarity and premium appeal are essential.
The design must follow our updated branding. Please match the color palette, fonts, and aesthetic of the new website, and use the attached high quality imagery. The layout should remain minimalist and premium, without clutter.
The white version of our logo must be used, with the ‘FV icon’ placed to the left of “flyVENTURE.com, exactly as shown on the website!
The back of the flyer should include a small white box where we can place a “Hotel Referral Code” sticker.
The design should feel brand consistent but does NOT need to be a pixel perfect copy of the website; creative interpretation is welcome. We’re open for ideas.
The headline and messaging should read:
Header: Tampa Helicopter Tours
Subheader: Experience Florida From Above
Tagline: The #1 Bucket List Experience in Florida!
The flyer must prominently feature our key trust signals (similar to our website): Over 500+ 5 star reviews, 10K+ happy fliers, 15+ years of experience, a 100% safety record, and “As Seen on Google & TripAdvisor.”
The flyer should also include a strong price anchor that states:
“Flights starting at $89 per person.”
Beneath this, include micro benefits such as
• Same day bookings
• Real time online availability
• Book in under 60 seconds
We also want a small section highlighting optional upgrades, including:
• Doors off flights
• Romantic packages
• Extended routes
• Gift cards
Please include a QR code linking to flyVENTURE.com, with the text “flyVENTURE.com” placed directly underneath it. CTA text options include:
“Scan to Book Your Flight”
For layout guidance, the flyer should include a hero image, the header and subheader, a social proof bar, tour highlights, the price anchor with micro benefits, urgency labels, and the white logo (as shown on our website) with contact information:

Technical requirements:
