Brief de Design de T-shirt

Looking to design a commemorative farm t-shirt, celebrating 10 years of farming for our family farm. The farm name is: T&M Farms, located in Sudbury, ON
I’ve attached our logo as well as some pictures of our farm equipment in case you’d like to incorporate it. I like the slogan “A Decade in the Field” but if you have something else that sounds good, go for it. We’re established in 2016, so 2016 - 2026. I think that the main graphic design should go on the back of the t-shirt, so if you generate a more simple crest or variant of the logo for the left front chest, that would be awesome!
