Brief de Design Graphique

I need a logo, colour pallette and design elements. Haven is a service that provides business support for independent therapists and small therapy agencies. Haven does all of their backend systems and processing so that the therapist can just see their clients and doesn't have to do any of their own invoicing, policies and other legalities. The target audience are psychologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists etc. Think of it like a business-in-a-box or one-stop-shop for therapists that does everything for them. In focus group the therapists all said they think of Haven as a "safe haven" like a cottage in the woods (weird visual for something that's very structured and deals with finances and legal stuff - but that's what they said). I want to depict the idea of them being supported by a very complex system that is presented cleanly and simply because that's what it is, behind the scenes is a complex web of interconnecting infrastructure, but the therapist doesn't see that, to them its clean and straightforward - they don't have to see any of the mess and stress of running a business - that's the whole selling point of the service. This service is also a brand new idea that doesn't exist in this industry. Maybe doing something with the H to symbolise this? A symbol along with the word "haven" would be good as we can use the symbol to emboss on folders etc. I'm also wanting some design elements we can incorporate into the website and social media ads. I'm quite attached to the idea of using olive green as the primary colour with whatever secondary colour/s you come up with. We want the logo to communicate both calm/grounded/trustworthy and also knowledge/professional/competent. Please avoid anything that screams healthcare or wellness brand so no human shapes, medical crosses, hearts, lotus flower etc. Really unsure on what direction to go with fonts.

Updating this brief because I'm getting designs that are focusing on the "cottage" comment. Can we move away from that please. Haven is not a place its a service, its a feeling of safety being surrounded by a well designed system. The house imagery is looking very real estate agent. Sorry for steering you in the wrong direction, I should have seen that coming.
