Brief de Design de Modèle Word

We are a small insurance broker who is committed to being open and transparent as possible with our customers.

For years, we have used plain word documents (see attachments) for our Policy Wording and our Terms of Business.

But now think we can do better and these plain documents are falling behind what our competitors are offering.

So we are now looking for both these documents to be professionally designed using the same design language for both.

We are putting few constraints on the design, but we do have some:
- It must be done in word as the wording can be changed at any time, so we must be able to maintain the documents ourselves.
- Any pictures or graphics you use must be royalty free so we can re-produce with any complications.
- Any pictures or graphics you use must been supplied as part of the package.
- You MUST NOT change any wording or grammar, it's not ours to change, its the insurers wording and HAS to be agreed with them.
- You must not split any any paragraph or bullet point over two pages.
- We are an insurance broker so what ever design you use, must look professional and inspire confidence... I.e. if you read it your thoughts turn to, these people are approachable, know what they are doing and will look after me.
- We specialise in musical instrument insurance, so we are looking for musical theming.
