Brief de Design de Logo

We need a new business logo for our custom fishing lure and dredge teaser brand. We want a design that is easy to print on fabrics and hats, as well as business stationery and marketing. We would like the dredge teasers (as is in the coloured photos) to be positioned in a half circle at the top. Preferably from the biggest sized teasers (facing each other) working down to the smallest size ones. The top half of the circle, we would like to be black teasers on a white background. For the bottom half of the circle, we would like our website to be white on a black background. Then in the centre, we would like an image of a marlin, with a lure similar to the image provided to be flicking out of its mouth, as per the sketch provided. Please place the business name 'O.T.S Lures' somewhere on the logo also.
