Brief de Design Graphique

I am looking for a someone to help me design a magnetic hallway display that will hang in the hallway of our small school. There are several elements, including 1. 6ft by 4ft designed magnetic bulletin board, 2. Magnets that will stick to the board. See attachment for which elements belong where. The display will be for our SPICES program, which rewards students for demonstrating our school values. We want the display to be beautiful and interactive. We are also rebranding, so we want the design to align with our new fonts and colors. In the attached PDF is an outline of our new brand guidelines. Unfortunately, we don't have the color codes, but I'm hoping that you can match the colors listed. Attached are elements to be used on the board, but please use your creativity to make it more dynamic and visually appealing. For example, the star magnets could be another shape. The SPICES magnets must remain the same. I've included two photos of boards at other schools that inspired this project.
