Hello CrowdDesign Team,

We are seeking a professional, corporate logo for our company, American Registrar.

Our company operates in regulatory compliance and FDA-related services in the United States. The logo must communicate:

• Authority
• Trust
• Security
• U.S. presence
• Corporate professionalism

Design Direction

We are inspired by the minimalist concept of the Bank of America logo — specifically:

Clean, bold, capitalized typography

Strong geometric structure

A modern, corporate feel

Subtle U.S. identity (flag-inspired concept)

However, this is extremely important:

The logo MUST be completely original and legally distinct from Bank of America’s trademarked logo. We do not want any resemblance that could create confusion or infringement. It should only carry the same minimalist American corporate spirit, not the same structure.

Typography

ALL CAPS: AMERICAN REGISTRAR

Both words equal size and weight

Strong, modern sans-serif font

Clean spacing, highly legible

Corporate, authoritative tone

Symbol / Mark Concept

We want an abstract American-flag-inspired element that is:

Geometric and structured

Minimal and modern

Not wavy or decorative

Possibly using horizontal or diagonal bars

Red, white, and blue color palette

Can work in square, landscape, and stacked versions

The symbol should feel strong and stable — almost architectural — representing compliance, structure, and regulation.

It must also work in:

Full navy monochrome version
