Brief de Web Design

The existing website at www.guardlinc.com needs updating. I've attached some marketing material for the color scheme to be used and potential content. The tagline should be "Real-Time Operational Intelligence." I want the landing page to be in 3 categories in this order and features within each category. Plenty of images are preferred and wording can be modified.
Guardlinc Command Centre
- Live Incident tracking and reporting with escalation on critical incidents if necessary
- Geofence Monitoring to ensure guards at the right location at the right time.
- Smart scheduling to ensure the correct training and certifications are assigned to the appropriate guard required.
- Camera compatibility to capture live and historical video for incident reporting
GuardLinc Back Office Administration
- Automate Police report filing using data from submitted incidents when required.
- Track all required KPIs on a per site basis such as vehicle inspections, patrol tour details, etc
- Payroll and Invoicing using smart shift reports
- Create and manage client sites with configurable geofencing
GuardLinc App
- Guard can see all site details and instructions when logging onto shift
- Ability to view all incidents that have occured at that particular site over the last 'x' days. Understand what has been happening and when.
- Report incidents with all relevant information including photo and video
- Recieve alerts when repeat offences are occuring within a configurable vicinity.
