Brief de Design de Flyer

Project Overview
Antares Solutions requires a professionally designed Capability Statement that serves as a polished, leave-behind document for prospective clients and tender submissions. The finished document should clearly articulate who Antares is, what we do, and the depth of expertise we bring — positioning us as Australia's leading specialist Microsoft Systems Integrator in Data, AI, and the Modern Workplace.
All written content for this document has been provided in a separate Word document (Antares_Capabilities.docx). The designer's responsibility is to bring this content to life through considered layout, typography, and visual design — not to rewrite or edit the copy.

Document Specifications

Format: A4, portrait orientation
Length: Approximately 6–8 pages
Intended output: Print-ready PDF and a digital/screen-optimised PDF
Primary use: Client-facing tender submissions, business development meetings, and digital distribution

Brand & Visual Direction
Source of Truth
The Antares Solutions website — https://antares.solutions — is the definitive brand reference for this project. The designer should review the site thoroughly before commencing work. All design decisions should feel like a natural extension of the website's visual language.
Colour Palette
The design must reflect the Antares brand while also communicating credibility, technical authority, and trustworthiness. We would like the designer to develop a palette using the following as a guide:

Primary Brand Red — As used in the Antares logo. Use as an accent, highlight colour, and for key headings or section markers. Do not over-use; it should feel intentional and bold.
Deep Navy or Dark Blue — To convey corporate credibility and trust. Suitable for section backgrounds, large headers, or primary body text anchoring.
Teal / Mid-Blue-Green — A secondary accent to complement both the red and navy. Can be used for icons, dividers, callout boxes, or infographic elements.
White and Light Grey — For content areas, breathing space, and backgrounds to keep the layout clean and professional.
Dark Charcoal — For body copy to ensure readability without the harshness of full black.

The overall effect should feel modern, premium, and grounded — not loud or over-designed. Think: confident technology partner, not startup pitch deck.
Typography
Match the font style and weighting used on the Antares website. Clean, modern sans-serif typefaces are preferred. There should be a clear typographic hierarchy — a strong heading weight for section titles, a medium weight for subheadings, and a regular/light weight for body copy. Font sizing should ensure comfortable reading in both print and digital formats.
Imagery & Icons

Use clean, professional iconography (flat or line-icon style) to support service categories and key statistics.
Any photography used should be consistent with the modern, professional tone seen on the website — aspirational tech/workplace imagery, not generic stock.
Microsoft partnership badges and the Antares logo must be used correctly and positioned with appropriate clear space.
The Cloud Collective logo/branding may appear where contextually relevant but must not compete with the Antares brand.

Structural Reference: Cloud Collective Capability Statement
A Capability Statement from the Cloud Collective (a group of Microsoft partner organisations of which Antares is a founding member) is provided as a structural reference only. The designer should use it to understand general layout conventions for this type of document — such as how content sections flow, how case studies are presented, and how credentials and partnerships are displayed.
Important: The final Antares Capability Statement must be entirely distinct from the Cloud Collective document in terms of design, branding, and visual execution. It is Antares-branded, Antares-focused, and must not look like a derivative or reskinned version of any partner document.

Content Structure (Based on Provided Word Document)
The following sections are to be designed and laid out from the content provided. The designer may adjust the flow between sections for optimal layout balance, but all content must be represented:

Cover Page
Antares logo, document title ("Capability Statement"), a strong hero visual or graphic element, and contact/website details.
About Antares Solutions
Company overview — founded 2006, Microsoft Solutions Partner, vision and values, office locations (Sydney, Melbourne, Dublin).
Our Microsoft Partnership
Partner credentials — 12 Specialisations across 6 Solution Partner areas. Consider displaying Microsoft partnership badges prominently here.
Core Service Capabilities
Four practice areas to be displayed clearly, potentially as a visual grid or icon-led layout:

Modern Work
Data & AI
Custom Applications
Managed Services

The Cloud Collective
Brief section on Antares' founding membership and how this extends capability.
M365 Copilot & AI Capability
Detailed section on Antares' AI delivery experience — including the AI Foundry platform, QBot product, and governance-led Copilot enablement approach.
Data & Integration Capability
Section covering the Integration Hub platform and Microsoft Fabric expertise.
Case Studies
Multiple case studies drawn from the content document. These should be designed to scan quickly — with clear client name, a short outcome summary, and key deliverables. Full case study prose is available in the Word document. Suggested clients to feature:

NRMA (QBot / NRM8)
Newington College
Western Sydney Airport
Mission Australia
The Law Society of NSW
Port Authority of NSW

Industries We Serve
Visual representation of the six key sectors: Education, Not-for-Profit, Health & Aged Care, Public Sector, Professional Services, Financial Services.
Contact & Next Steps
Back page or final section with full contact details, office locations, website URL, and a clear call to action.

Tone & Feel
The finished document should feel like it belongs on the desk of a CIO, CFO, or Procurement Manager at an enterprise or government organisation. It needs to convey:

Expertise — We are specialists, not generalists.
Trustworthiness — We work in regulated, complex environments.
Innovation — We are at the forefront of AI and cloud.
Partnership — We are invested in client outcomes, not just deliverables.

Avoid overly decorative or consumer-facing aesthetics. This is a B2B, enterprise-grade document.
