Brief de Design de Logo

We are a communications company offering 2 way radios to offshore, marine service companies. In time we will be providing starlink set up services for offshore vessels.
The logo needs to be bright, bold, badass pelican, possible Louisiana state background, communication tower possible, maybe an offshore rig with a pelican flying over it. The sky is the limit.
