Brief de Design de Logo

I would like a logo set or single logo and style guidelines for my new company. There can be multiple logos for Fleet Coach, but one of them absolutely must be suitable for doing a high thread count embroidery on hats. I would envision the logo on a patch that is sewn to the hat. I also need that logo or one of them to work well when branded or laser engraved.
