Brief de Design de Logo

I am looking for a logo for my business. I'm a Speed Coach in the Lamorinda area in California. I am currently rebranding to "Lamorinda Speed & Strength". Looking for a logo that highlights what we believe in. We believe in being detailed and precise. We also look to be fast and strong, hence the brand's name. The logo should reflect all of this. I service athletes of all sports ages 8+. Track & field, football, basketball, baseball, soccer, lacrosse, tennis, flag football, volleyball. I would like a bold and serious logo and says we're focused on the details and has elements that show speed and strength in it.
