Thank you all for the submissions, I will start reviewing now. A few things I'm focusing on that will be helpful. The largest physical design is a wall mounted graphic, in total 17' 8 3/4" long by 4' tall. The other use would be 24" x 36" posters, 8 1/2" x 11" posters, and stickers that go on hard hats that represent each core value.

I apologize for the confusion, the Core Values should include Uncompromised Safety. It does not need to be separate. The icons used for the Core Values will then be pulled out and used as the hard hat stickers - with the each Core Value (without the definition) being on their respective core values.
