We are developing this new island community to provide housing needs to pre-retirees entering the next chapter of life, second-home buyers and managers of local island businesses. This project will offer the opportunity to own a home on the island. The island is located in Ohio, in Lake Erie 43456.The vibe at the community needs to convey
-Front porch living
-Seasonal Residential
-Balanced (70% Relaxed/ 30% Fun)
-no short term rentals

“I want to be close to the action — but be able to take a break from it.”

Rock Landings offers quiet, front‑porch island living at the center of nature, local culture, boating, and everyday convenience, while directly supporting more stable, affordable housing on South Bass Island and the opportunity to become a local.

The logo must reflect both:
• The social energy of Put-in-Bay
• The stability and grounded feel of island living

It should feel like:
A relaxed island neighborhood where you can live seasonally in the summertime, enjoy the energy of town, and retreat home when you want quiet. Think coastal, cottage on an island in Lake Erie.
The goal is to create a brand that is reflected in these ideas.
