Brief de Design de Logo

We need rework of existing logo. We are new firm that provides design, consultation, and install of audio, video, and lighting systems for religious, commercial, and residential applications. The attributes we like about the logo are the yellow and black, the "waveform-ish" background, and the "O" symbol that can be used alone as needed. Finished logo will need to be in vector format and expandable to 900 dpi. It will be used for print, embroidered, and web applications.
