Brief de Design de Logo

We are seeking a logo refresh for Affinity Modular, an established modular home manufacturer serving the southeastern United States. This is not a startup logo — we are an experienced, trusted brand that builds high-quality modular homes in a factory environment and sells exclusively through authorized general contractors. We are changing our marketing strategy, so we are changing from Affinity by Vantem (shown on affinity.vantem.com) to Affinity Modular. Modular can be a smaller word or different font, with "Affinity" at the forefront. Also check out vantem.com for context.

Our homes range from approximately $300,000 to $1.3M+, and our audiences include:
Sophisticated homeowners building high-end residences. Mostly in the age range of 40-65 years old.
Experienced, professional builders and developers
Industry partners who value quality, craftsmanship, and reliability
Brand Positioning

Affinity Modular should feel:
Professional, established, and trustworthy
Confident but approachable
Clean and modern without being overly futuristic or trendy
Rooted in craft, skill, and the trades, without feeling industrial or cold
We want to communicate that modular is not a compromise — it’s a smarter way to build.

Design Direction
We are moving away from long, linear, hard-to-use logos.
The current logo system is difficult to adapt across platforms and formats.
We are looking for a more versatile, balanced logo system that works across digital, print, signage, apparel, and jobsite applications.

The logo should:
Be clean, timeless, and flexible
Pair easily with multiple font families in broader marketing materials
Work equally well in square, horizontal, and stacked formats
Include a distinct symbol or emblem that can stand alone as a favicon or abbreviated mark
Feel credible to builders while still appealing to homeowners

Color Preferences
Primary brand color open to options such as navy, or anything that is inviting, welcoming, without seeming like it is a premium price at first glance. has good contrast for various logo formats.
Additional complementary colors are welcome, could be nice to keep the Vantem (parent company) hex#249fda incorporated somehow

Logo must work on:
Light backgrounds
Dark backgrounds
Single-color and full-color applications

Technical & Usage Requirements
Please include:
Primary logo
Secondary / stacked logo
Square version
Standalone icon or emblem (for favicon, social, signage)

Color and monochrome versions
Final deliverables must include vector and image formats suitable for professional brand use.

Future Opportunity
If this project is successful, we anticipate engaging the same designer to develop additional sub-brand or product-line logos under the Affinity Modular umbrella.
