Brief de Design de Logo

I need a new logo for my specialist animal nutrition importation business. I am the exclusive importer of Wombaroo and Passwell nutritional products from Australia into New Zealand. I need a logo that I can use on all my business branding that sits between Wombaroo Foods Ltd and the New Zealand retailers so needs to be simple as I am not customer facing.
