Brief de Design de Logo

Triathlon event called Strokes and Spokes Triathlon will include swimming, bicycling and rowing. I need an eye catching logo for this event that can be put on a high performance tank top and t-shirts. I do not want the logo to be cartoonish in nature. I want all three disciplines to be represented, but not in the weird outline/olympic sport icon manner. I would like the logo to be in blues/greens to represent the water and land elements. I've included an image that sort of gets at what I want. Less of the pavement part, more focus on the 3 disciplines, better representation of the rowing element which will be in racing sculling shells. But generally, I want the imagery to be bad-ass, not goofy, and it can be simpler, with cleaner lines.
