Hi, just wanted to confirm if the background is an integral part of the logo design OR just the text?

The reason i asked is, if you'd like us to include and recreate the background as part of your branding, this would likely infringe on the copyright of the owner of this stock image particularly if this was taken from a source. If you want to have a rectangular logo with some graphic "background" element behind it, it may be better if the background is bespoke (vs copied) or not use any. please let us know. Thanks!
