This book changes the way leaders approach change. It comes from deep experience - seeing first hand what isn't working. It will be a book still being purchased in 5 or 10 years time, and broadly quoted. The author is female, doesn't want to shown up as "look at me" (the work is the hero) but needs to command authority among C-Suite which skews strongly male. The book is about systems thinking, hence why I've been exploring designs that cue "systems" (attached). It would be good to keep exploring this theme, along with others. Attached are files which give more background: including author / brand guidelines, a design brief, Bring your creativity and energy - and help me connect and cut through to the people who really need this book!
