Brief de Design de Logo

I run a small carpentry business focused on private residential work, and I’m looking for a logo that helps me build a strong, recognisable brand in my local area. The logo will be used for advertising, work vehicles, clothing, invoices, social media and signage, so it needs to be versatile, clear and easy to recognise at a glance.

My main work is private client carpentry, including decks, internal renovations, fencing, arbors, pergolas and minor floor plan changes. I want the logo to reflect quality workmanship, reliability and pride in the job, without looking old-fashioned or overcomplicated. It should appeal to everyday homeowners who want someone trustworthy, skilled and easy to deal with.

Style-wise, I’m aiming for something modernish — clean lines, strong shapes and a design that stands out without being flashy. I want it to catch people’s eyes when they see it on a sign, a ute, a fence banner or online. It should feel professional but still approachable, not corporate or cold.

The logo should work in both colour and black-and-white, and still look good when it’s small (like on business cards or clothing) or large (like on signs or vehicles). It needs to be simple enough to remember, but strong enough to represent a serious trade business.

Overall, I want a logo that helps grow my name in the local area, builds trust with new clients and makes my business look established and professional, even though it’s a small operation. This logo is a big step toward advertising properly, getting more private work, and building a long-term carpentry brand I can be proud of
