1. Business Overview

We are a premium hunting and outdoor apparel brand rooted in real-world big cat research, tracking, and pursuit. Our designs are inspired by instinct, earned experience, and respect for the animal — not trends or novelty graphics. The brand tone is serious, authentic, and timeless, aimed at hunters and outdoorsmen who value meaning over mass appeal.

This project is for a T-shirt design that will become part of an ongoing collection, with ongoing future work.

2. Target Audience

Our audience consists of experienced hunters, trackers, and outdoor enthusiasts, primarily men, who appreciate minimalist design with strong symbolism. They are drawn to authenticity, restraint, and confidence — not loud graphics or gimmicks. The design should feel premium, understated, and powerful.

If you are personally uncomfortable with hunting or big-game themes, this project may not be the right fit — we fully respect that.

3. Design Direction (Guidance, Not Limitation)

We are seeking a unique, original interpretation — not a literal execution of this brief. The notes below are intended as a creative foundation, not strict rules.

A possible direction includes:

A minimalist silhouette-based composition suitable for printing

A hunter walking away from the viewer, carrying a large leopard draped over his shoulders (the animal should feel substantial and dominant)

No rifles or weapons

The back of the T-shirt is the primary design focus

Typography concept around “INSTINCT” and “OVER RULES” (layout and treatment open to interpretation)

A small panther logo on the left chest

Optional subtle branding such as “Panther Trackers” on the right sleeve

We value designers who can go beyond what’s written, avoid clichés, and bring a strong personal design voice. Originality and concept strength matter more than following instructions exactly.
