A Change in Latitude Living is a lifestyle-driven real estate brand serving discerning clients navigating meaningful transitions, including high-value residential purchases and relocations, as well as referral partnerships across markets.
The brand reflects the belief that changing latitude can change perspective — and how life feels. It blends professionalism, trust, and expertise with a relaxed, coastal mindset.

There is a clear nod to a Jimmy Buffett / Key West–inspired lifestyle — freedom, ease, and living well — expressed in a sophisticated, non-kitschy way.
