Brief de Design de Tatouage

DESPERADO RANGE — FINAL TATTOO ARTIST BRIEF

Placement
• Primary location: rear-deltoid dominant shoulder
• Wrap: ~60% shoulder/upper arm, ~40% upper back
• Top boundary: 1–1.5 inches below shoulder seam (hidden under T-shirt)
• Spine clearance: minimum 2 inches (future back expansion preserved)

Angle & Motion
• Bison charge angle: ~30–35° angled toward the spine
• Motion: one dominant diagonal only
• No symmetry
• No circular chaos
• Nothing crosses the rider’s vertical axis

This piece should reveal in motion, not announce itself at rest.

Core Concept

Controlled, deliberate force with overwhelming effect.
Unpredictable to outsiders, intentional in execution.

The rider chooses the moment.
The force (bison) does the work.

Rider (Skeleton Cowboy)
• Upright, relaxed posture
• Neutral skull expression
• Hat brim low, eyes in shadow
• No reins visible
• No aggressive lean, no frenzy
• Fire limited to embers only (never flames on head)
Add only minimal history — a bit of frayed fabric on the coat and one small bone nick.
No arrows, no blood, no reaction.
These details should be easy to miss and never compete with the motion.”
Read: calm authority, decision already made.

Bison (Skeleton)
• Head low, horns forward
• Shoulders driving motion
• Legs mid-stride, grounded (not leaping)
• Fire only along spine and hooves, directional and contained
• No random flame arcs

Read: surgical force, unstoppable once released.

“The bison’s destruction is surgical — precise, efficient, and deliberate.
The effect is overwhelming because nothing interrupts its momentum.
The rider is calm. The force does the work.”

Destruction Style

Surgical with overwhelming effect

Stone Markers (replacing fence posts)
• Three abstract stone markers
• Appearance: ancient desert stone (200–400 years old)
• Shapes: rough slabs / broken monoliths
• No text, no symbols, no religious forms
• Edges rounded by wind and time
• Partial burial at base (10–30%)

Interaction
• Stone A: fractures cleanly at ground level under impact
• Stone B: intact but irrelevant, partially buried in dust
• Stone C: broken fragment already behind the motion

Stone fractures are heavy and contained, not explosive.

Dust, Smoke, Fire Behavior
• Dust stays low and rolling, never vertical plumes
• Smoke hugs the ground and trails inward
• Fire marks energy transfer, not chaos
• Environment never “fights back” because the bisons power is overwhelming

Stone Texture & Longevity Rules
• Desert-worn erosion only
• Rounded edges, surface pitting, horizontal weathering
• Texture built with negative space + stippling
• Medium-weight broken outlines (no continuous borders)
• Stones never use the darkest blacks

Designed to age cleanly 20–30+ years.

Style
• Old-school / engraving / blackwork foundation
• Black & grey preferred (fire optional but restrained)
• Subtle at rest, authoritative in motion
• No hard borders
• Designed as Chapter One, expandable into a full back piece

Narrative Read

“This was decided before it happened.”

Not rebellion.
Not instability.
Command without announcement.

Expansion Logic (Future-Proofed)
• Shoulder = decision
• Upper back = land reacting
• Mid back = scale and consequence
• Lower back (optional) = aftermath, no resistance left

No new moment is added — only distance.

End Note to Artist

This is not chaos.
This is disciplined inevitability.

🏁 FINAL CHECK (THIS IS WHO YOU’RE SHOWING)
• You are not reckless
• You are not unstable
• You are not loud by default

Every action is deliberate.
You apply just enough force, in exactly the right place,
and let the outcome speak for itself.
