Brief de Design de Tatouage
Patrick the Starfish (from Sponge Bob) has a quote saying, "East?! I thought you said Weast!!" I would like a tattoo similar to the one attached with several changes.
1. Use the punctuation of the quote I wrote above.
2. Instead of a bandana, Patrick should be wearing a fast helmet (see attacked photo). The helmet should be unbuckled with the straps dangling at the sides and crooked (leaning left of right) on his head.
3. Please picture him holding a military radio and shouting the quote into it with some radio signal illustrations coming off the antenna (lightening bolt shaped).
4. Keep the background flowers as seen in the attached tattoo photo
5. Please use similar font as tattoo photo
