Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for my consulting agency, which drives growth and solves problems through AI Solutions, business management, and marketing. I specialize in private health care and small to medium businesses. I want the logo to be elegant and professional, with sharp colors and crisp fonts. I want something that represents the name, but is not too "on the nose" or literal. No Arrows, No Graphs! The logo needs to be sleek and unique, but not a tool to explain what my business does/is. An eye catcher. I've used AI to draft a couple logos, none of which I like. The Gemini created image is too literal, but I like the strong font and surf board. The ChatGPT images have a great wave, but I hate the "Surf and Scale" font with larger first letters (reminds me of a horror novel/movie) and the arrow looks creepily phallic. I will want a horizontal rendition, as well as circular. If colors are used, they should be vibrant: blues, greens, purples, pinks (variations of, and doesn't need all, or be limited to). I want Gray/Silver font, all uniformed capital letters, not in bold (thin, elegant, precise). I want something that I will be able to use just the graphic for certain collateral and swag without the text. "Consultant" should be used on the horizontal rendition, but can or cannot be used on the circular. An ampersand ("&") can be used instead of "and" if it elevates the design. I absolutely do not want something that AI can easily generate. If you are using ChatGPT, NanoBanana, etc to create this logo, please move on.
