UPDATE: I am looking for something modern and clean. NO CLIP ART. Not flashy. Just professional and modern. For everyone looking at our current flyer, we don't like it. That's why we aer looking for a new one. So please don't replicate it or use it as inspiration.

I need a flyer to promote membership in the Affordable Housing Investors Council. It can (probably should) be 2-sided. The content is attached as well as our logo and brand guidelines.
