Brief de Design En-Tête

I need a personal letterhead. I'm an engineer and maker who enjoys writing letters and calligraphy. The final design will be foil pressed with either gold or copper foil. I'm going for an antique and vintage look. Something akin to Peter McKinon's letterhead. Please include a spot for a web address and email, each are 16 characters long. The primary name to include is Michael Jones. You can include print elements if desired that will be separate from the foil elements. At your discretion, you may or may not include the Jones signature I attached. It is optional depending on how well it meshes with your design.

I, explicitly, am not just looking for my name in gold or copper at the top of the page. I'm looking for additional design elements that give a similar feeling to the example design provided.
