Brief de Design de Logo

I have a logo concept that I would like finalised for my business, which provides outsourced finance advisory and accounting services, acting as a business partner for SME. I'd like Navy, White and Gold - per attached. A secondary logo/monogram would be great to, with MKA initials for footers and watermarks etc.
