Create a modern, upscale, and approachable logo and logo mark for an agent-led real estate and relocation brand serving NYC professionals who are moving to Jersey City New Jersey for more space and lifestyle improvement.

This brand represents a trusted individual real estate advisor, not a large brokerage or mass relocation company.

Professionals working in New York City (finance, tech, media, law, healthcare, founders)

Ages ~28–45, design-aware, time-constrained

Relocating to Jersey City and seeking hands-on guidance, clarity, and local expertise

Brand Personality:
Sophisticated but personal
Clean, modern, and minimal
