Brief de Design En-Tête

I am looking for a letterhead for a sole practitioner lawyer.
The name of the lawyer is "Rechtsanwältin Eva Specht" and should be the title. Should contain address , phone and e-mail address and pages in the right lower corner with countings (eg 1/4, 2/4...)
I am looking for a design that matches the colors of my homepage, which are dark blue, blue, black.
It should be a simple design that matches a small company but creates some kind of strong impression. The topics I deal with are information technology Law and IP Law so the design should not seem too traditional. It shouldn't look too playful either.
