Brief de Design Graphique

We need a professional promotional banner designed in three sizes:
1080×1080
1920×1080
1080×1920

Please use the attached layered PSD file as your starting point. It contains all required elements:
Copy (text)
Logos
Images / visual assets
Existing layout reference

What We Want:
The current design has the right theme, but it is too visually cluttered.
We need a cleaner, more modern, more readable, and more balanced reinterpretation of the same concept — something that still feels energetic and on-brand, but with better visual hierarchy and readability.

Your redesign can be somewhat different in layout and visual treatment, as long as it keeps the same general look/feel and communicates the same promotional message.

Feel free to take creative liberties as long as the theme and core messaging remain consistent.

This banner will be used on:
High-resolution streaming platform placements
FAST channel home screens
Paid ads
Social media
Print / event displays

So it must look excellent across all mediums.

Deliverables:
You will provide one design, exported in all required sizes:
1080×1080 JPG
1920×1080 JPG
1080×1920 JPG

AND:

Source Files:
Fully editable layered PSD file

All fonts used must be from one or more of the following:
Adobe Fonts
Google Fonts
Envato Elements licensed

Please include:
Font download links
Any stock photo links (must be commercially licensed for broadcast with no time limit)

Notes & Expectations:
The design must be clean, bold, and professional, with strong text hierarchy.

The theme should remain consistent with the original PSD, but feel free to simplify, modernize, or re-organize the layout.

Designers with experience in streaming thumbnail layout, motion graphics, or broadcast design are encouraged to apply.

We are actively searching for a designer we can work with on a long-term basis. We create many show banners and streaming thumbnails, so ongoing work is likely for the right designer.
