Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a North Carolina based commercial multi-family residential property management company. I would like to have a logo that that is clean, professional and modern looking (no cartoon-ish design please) that will translate well to both print and digital media as well as be able to be used for apparel and merch without too much modification. I am going to upload a few logos I have for other business's that I own, Ideally I would like to keep the same feel. I am also going to attach a brand style guide that I had done for another company, I would love it if this could translate over to this company. I love the nature feel of the Adullam Stays design, I think it would work well the NC business. Please let me know if you have any questions. I am low-key wanna be graphic designer, I know enough Adobe Illustrator to get myself into trouble, if you need any vector files for the other logos let me know.
