Brief de Design de Logo

We are a start-up reselling telematics software to the trucking, services, and trades industry in the US. Attached is a rough draft logo. As you can see, the TMI in the sign is from the highlighted letters in the company name. The sign with the TMI needs to look exactly like a US Interstate sign (colors, shape). The interstate sign and TMI are key, but you have freedom with all other aspects of the logo. The attached logo is too busy and the sign is too big. We want a logo that speaks to the trucking industry, provokes a smile (TMI), and conveys we are not a faceless corporation with lousy service.
