Brief de Design de Logo

I’m seeking a logo for my letterhead and which can be used in a trademark application. The logo should convey my experience, attention to detail, and integrity.

About me: I’m a very experienced business lawyer. I do not handle a high volume of clients at any one time. I prefer to focus my full attention on a few clients at a time. My ideal client would have at least ten employees and have ongoing needs to consult with me as their part-time or defacto general counsel for advice on transactions and litigation. I enjoy working with companies that are involved in importing, manufacturing, and/or distributing physical products in the U.S. I also enjoy working with buyers and sellers of businesses.

I have done a large amount of complex commercial litigation, particularly in the areas of investor rights, disputes between minority and majority shareholders, business divorces, and contract disputes.

My “special sauce” is that litigation experience makes me a better contract drafter and business planner since I frequently know what could go wrong.

I’m licensed to practice law in California, New York, and New Jersey.

My law firm name, Sherman Business Law, does not necessarily have to be in the logo.
