Brief de Design de Tatouage

I need some creative designs on how to rework my upper outer arm/ shoulder tattoo sleeve. Im looking for someone who can help me think of ways to transform what i have into something better. I honestly dont really like the clouds anymore. I like the inner arm portion, the only issue I have is with my outer upper arm portion, the connection and flow of my tattoo around my elbow going into the clouds, I feel like it looks bland and not a good of flow as the inner arm portion. I would like it to look like one connecting solid piece. Im open to all ideas and suggestions. Im okay with more contrast and blackwork.
