Wavelength Labs is a bold, no-fluff sales & leadership training company powered by AI-driven practice and behavioral science. We’ve already built our website structure and copy in Lovable.ai — now we need a designer to fully transform the visual design across all pages (Home, Approach, Programs, About, Contact).
We’re looking for a modern, memorable, high-performance aesthetic that blends human energy, science, and tech without feeling corporate or safe. Clean, bold typography, fluid layout, strong emotional hero moments, subtle motion, and imagery that mixes real people with abstract scientific/tech visuals.Because our clients are primarily North American, please ensure any human photography or AI-generated imagery reflects a North American business context and demographics (modern, diverse, and realistic).

Your job is visual redesign only — no coding required.
The final design must be practical to rebuild inside Lovable.ai.
