Brief de Design de Logo

I used AI to help design the design I want but need to fine tune it and clean it up. I need someone with the skills and equipment to make the changes to the design I have. I want the lines cleaned up, the lighter colors to not look dirty (words and rings), and the blue field with stars to be reduced by about 40 percent with additional red and white line at the bottom of the blue field with stars. Straighten up the stars. There are some side by side that are not in line with the other stars.

Finally, tidy up the logo without changing the overall design.
