Brief de Design de Logo

Requesting a couple of logos for my business "Power House PT", (I will attach my current logo)
wishing to have a transparent background so that its easy to add onto merchandise, I run a personal training business and wish to have some more merchandise ideas. if possible, looking at maybe 3 designs around the same concept.

I have a friend who has a great logo and I would love a similar design but obviously not the same (just inspiration) his business is "Kenetic Performance" (which ill attach his logo as well).
