Being busy yesterday, my feedback got delayed for many of you. Please apologize.

I plan today to

- give feedback to any pending submission
- select a handful from ** and *** to become ****
- this includes selecting a favourite of yours, if you still have several versions in the race
- this includes requesting a favicon

- Apologies for potentially causing problems with deleting (1 star rated) designs. I'll change my approach for keeping overview and putting all no longer pursued to this category.

- Please take care that especially the first three letters and any visual elements do not suggest unintended or potentially sensitive associations.

Now I need some rest and ask you for patience with my feedback.

- Those, who dare to not take an existing, professional, open source font, please consider: I'm a typo kid. The font must look like a font. Not like drawn forms looking like letters.

- Please use open source fonts only. We want to be able to use them elsewhere.
- (Almost) all suggestions so far look exactly how I would have sketched it, or any other person. Meaning: There must be more. Reflect an hour, or a day, and surprise me with a unique idea. For this, I would not have come to designcrowd.

🌿 Design Brief: Logo and Favicon for “plantiq”

About the Project

plantiq is a new brand dedicated to mindful, plant-based nutrition.
Our goal is to make vegan eating simple, intelligent, and accessible — with a clean and modern visual identity.

We’re looking for a single-color, minimalist logo that feels natural, contemporary, and distinctive.

What We Need

Wordmark: “plantiq” - please: Only open source font. We must be able to use this font legally.

Logo variant: wordmark with a subtle, stylized symbol (e.g. a leaf or plant element)

Favicon: simplified mark or symbol version or said subtle, stylized symbol

Color: single color (preferably a shade of green, but open to creative alternatives)

Usage: website, print, embroidery, canned products, ... — must be easy to reproduce

Design Requirements

The p and q can be mirror-symmetric or visually related to each other.

The logo should reflect veganism, natural intelligence, and simplicity — clean, not decorative or kitschy.

The design must be embroiderable (no gradients, fine lines, or tiny details).

Typeface: modern and human, not overly technical or futuristic.

Style keywords: minimalist, organic, balanced, intelligent.

The “i” could feature a small leaf or sprout as the dot.
