Brief de Design de Brochure

We are seeking a talented graphic designer to collaborate with us on office design and marketing assets, starting with a First Home Buyer Grant Scheme Guide. We need someone creative, detail-oriented, and reliable, with strong layout skills and experience designing for both print and digital.

Scope of work
- Design a square brochure, 210mm x 210mm, double-sided, folded into 4.
- Create a print-ready PDF and a digital version for web/email use.
- Transform key info from the provided guide into a clear, friendly visual summary for first home buyers.
- Condense or restructure the copy for better clarity and balance before layout.
- Align design with Chidiac Realty branding, using brand palette and fonts.
- Incorporate property/lifestyle imagery, simple icons, and visuals to highlight key points.
- Include QR code(s) linking to the full guide/website.
