Brief de Design de Logo

I want a banner logo for my Substack, which deals with New Hampshire State Politics.

The recommended banner size for a Substack email is 1100 x 220 pixels, but it can be taller. For the main publication banner, 1200 x 400 pixels is a good size. These images should be horizontal and have a transparent background for the email banner.
