Brief de Design de Logo

I need a new logo for my company . I have one now but i upgraded my company name . And would like a new logo to go with it.
I am in Australia and i am scottish . This is wiy im call scoz i liked the last logo as it combined the southern cross and the scottish flag . But this time . I would like it to involve a person in a kilt . The theme im hopeing for includes . The name the kilt the flag and the sothern cross for Australia
