Universal Property & Investments LLC (DBA Magazine Homes) is a licensed residential contractor in Southwest Louisiana, specializing in custom homes, remodels, additions, and Fortified Gold roof systems.
We’re looking for a designer who can capture the look and feel of a modern, trustworthy Southern-style builder — a brand that communicates craftsmanship, class, and confidence at a glance.
This design package will be used for client meetings, door-to-door marketing, and online advertising, so we need visuals that stand out both in-hand and on screen.
