Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new New Zealand based company, specialising in touchscreen displays, with a specific aim towards the property-development, real-estate and services markets.

This is a new company, with no existing branding materials or marketing materials, so feel free to use your imagination. We would like a clean and professional design, with a refined colour palette, and the logo should look good in a variety of colours, (including greyscale) and will be used as a watermark on most of the services (online, emails, websites, etc), as well as in printed advertising media (business cards, flyers, brochures, pamphlets).

The business specialises in software for touch-screen displays to assist with the sale and marketing of a variety of products and services. The main application of the software is in the property development and real estate industries, utilising panoramic aerial photographs of property developments with a back-end database to present information and visuals to potential land-buyers. However this isn't the only application of our software - it can be used for anything from restaurant bookings to hotel and hostel management and floor plans etc. The software combines database and customer management with the sales and marketing side of things, to give our users a complete software package for their sales and marketing needs.

Some ideas that could be used for the creation of a logo are:
- the touch-screen aspects of our software and displays (e.g. screens, fingerprints, hands, displays, etc)
- the graphic overlay of sections and data over aerial photography of subdivisions
- the database that drives the visual displays
