Brief de Design Étiquette

We need a label put together for a fundraiser. This does not need to be a fancy label, just a simple, minimal label that will be used for a Special Forces Veterans fundraiser.

I have attached here a "mock-up" sketch of how we would like the label to be laid out. We should not diverge from that layout. I also included three photos of an example label from a previous label version that is very similar to how this label should come out. One thing to note is that I don't think the side panels of this label should be black as shown in the example photos, because our BRV logo would not stand out against a black background

The label dimensions are : 6.5" W by 4" H

The centerpiece of this label must include
-Special Forces Seal
-At the top of the label (Centered) "SPECIAL FORCES ASSOCIATION"
-Next, under the special forces type, Centered "CHAPTER XXIII"
-under the chapter, centered "DE OPPRESSO LIBER"
-Under those three lines of type, the seal should be placed
- Under the Seal, centered include slogan: "PARTUS PRETIUM SOLVERE - WILLING TO PAY THE PRICE"
- Under their slogan, centered and possibly in smaller type: "In Honor Of SGM JON R. CAVAIANI (MOH)"

The next component of this label would be the "Left Info Side" as labeled on mock-up. This must include the following:
-BRV Winery Logo, orientated on its' side so the top of the logo is pointing to the center of label
-Wine info Line 1, Bolded, possibly Left alignment of text against logo would look good
"2022 CABERNET SAUVIGNON"
-under the vintage and varietal include "SUISUN VALLEY, ESTATE GROWN"
-Lastly please include Alcohol info in right corner "ALC. 15.8% BY VOL. " legally this type must be a minimum of 1mm

The Final component of this label is the "right side info" as labeled on the mock - up. It includes all of the legal terms. The wording here cannot be changed at all and must be exactly as follows
In order from closest to the center of label to the edge of label:
- "PRODUCED AND BOTTLED BY BACKROAD VINES, FAIRFIELD, CA"

-GOVERNMENT WARNING: (1) According to the Surgeon General, women should not drink alcoholic beverages during pregnancy because of the risk of birth defects. (2) Consumption of alcoholic beverages impairs your ability to drive a car or operate machinery, and may cause health problems.

-on the left side of the bottom corner: "CONTAINS SULFITES"
-centered on the edge of the label: "750 ML"
-On the right side of the bottom corner, in a box:"CA CRV"

The government warning legally must have the words "GOVERNMENT WARNING" Bolded and in all caps. the government warning statement must be a minimum type size of 2mm
